In the restaurant at Brouwerij de Molen we offer an excellent lunch or dinner in a friendly and informal atmosphere. Our kitchen uses local products and our home brewed beers are used to create traditional and unique dishes. This is the reason why our dishes and beers are perfectly in line.

You can choose from our extensive à la carte menu or the “Hit by the Sweeps” full-course meal at a fixed price.

Hop Shoots Lunch!
Saturday March 22nd, 2014 we will serve hop shoots for lunch at the mill. Fresh hop shoots are rare to find but if the weather continues to stay great, they will be harvested that same Saturday. More info here...
