The restaurant at Brouwerij de Molen offers the possibility to choose from our extensive à la carte menu or the “Hit by the Sweeps” full-course meal at a fixed price.

“Hit by the Sweeps” menu
Price a head: € 29.50 (Tuesday – Thursday 2nd guest half price)

Tuesday till Thursday we offer this menu for half price to every 2nd guest at each table.

Salmon trout fillet marinated in raspberry beer

Mixed salad with fried camembert cheese and cranberry compote

Tenderloin steak with a weizen/mushroom sauce

Our kitchen is based on fresh, mostly local produce. This means that sometimes a dish or ingredient is temporarily not available. In that case we try to serve a good alternative.
