The restaurant at Brouwerij de Molen offers the possibility to choose from our extensive à la carte menu or the “Hit by the Sweeps” full-course meal at a fixed price.

“Hit by the Sweeps” menu
Price a head: € 29.50 (Tuesday – Thursday 2nd couvert half price)

Tuesday till Thursday we offer this menu for half price to every 2nd guest at each table.

To start with:

Salad with home smoked goose fillet from the Green Heart of Holland

Silt & Crisp
Salmon fillet with a scampi/fresh herbs crust
  or
 
Go eat goat
Salad with lukewarm goat’s cheese and beermustard/honey sauce
   
To follow:
Sink or swim
Cod fillet poached in stout/lobster bouillion, with white wine-butter sauce
  or
 
French connection
Limousin sirloin steak with a mild pepper/Porter sauce
  or
 
Who needs meat?
Quiche with green aspargus, cream cheese and mushrooms
   
Finally:

Geuze beer mousse

  Coffee or tea with a "Bommen & Granaten" beer bonbon

Our kitchen is based on fresh, mostly local produce. This means that sometimes a dish or ingredient is temporarily not available. In that case we try to serve a good alternative.
