De Molen won a gold medal for best brewer.
Ratebeer.com is the largest beer consumers website in the world with many thousands of members. Yearly Ratebeer issues their Ratebeer Best using the hundreds of thousands of ratings by these members. Ratebeer Best lists the best brewers and beers in different categories.
Last year Brouwerij de Molen occupied the 88th place but this year we took over 55th place of best brewers in the world (8755 breweries listed).
For this we received a
gold medal.
Besides that our Hel & Verdoemenis is the only Dutch beer on the
70th place in the Top 100 Beers. And the
Top 10 Dutch Beers is dominated by 8 beers from Brouwerij de Molen. No need to say we are very proud.
