De Molen 't Ooievaartje Krieken Rosé

Translation: The Stork Cherry

A kriek is a sour cherry also called morellen. The cherries we use come from fruit garden "De Ooievaar" (the Stork) in Harmelen. Only natural ingredients are used for brewing this beer. A beer that could be aged for a little while to become more expressive and bodied. Els Oosterom will gladly welcome you in her fruit garden. This is a orchard with different types of fruit trees. In spring you can enjoy the lovely blossoms. When the cherries are ripe the garden is often full with cyclists on their way enjoying a picknick or just a few cherries.
